Total professional.Explained thoroughly all aspects of the surgery and post operative care.I've had four procedures and every procedure went as smooth as silk.Excellent surgeon with a warm bedside manner.

Dr. Konn has performed 2 colonoscopies, a bowel resection and a hernia repair on me. He found a stage 3 tumour in my colon and removed it along with many lymph nodes. I honestly believe that I would not be here today but for his excellent skills. He is also extremely kind and professional. Look no further if you need an excellent surgeon who cares about his patients.

After waiting nearly an hour discovered the receptionist had forgotten to check me in. Happened on the previous visit, at that time I waited all day and was told that my file had been picked up with another one by mistake. An apology from Dr Konn was not forthcoming on either occasion. Apparently respect for the patients time is not regarded as important at all. Does not give patients that "warm fuzzy feeling" and this patient is annoyed to say the least. Once is a mistake twice in a row is totally unacceptable.

After meeting with another surgeon who I did not agree with, I met Dr. Konn through my GP. He performed my procedure within one month of my initial consultation and did an incredible job. I can eat without pain. Thanks so much, Dr. Konn.

there is usually a bit of a wait. Dr. Konn is a busy man however he is kind and does everything to answer ALL your questions. He's calm and reassuring. He makes his recommendations and tries to make you feel as comfortable as possible throughout the process.
