Dr Hanna is a wonderful person and knowledgable doctor. Unfortunately, because she is so kind and caring, this causes her appointments to run late with each patient who brings up new ailments and concerns. With my last 4 appointments, I waited at least 35minutes and the longest wait was 1hour. Dr. Hanna should consider hiring a full-time nurse who can do the leg work for her appointments and help to speed up patient transitions. This will help her stick to appointment time slots and will remove the need for her to have to return to her office to write notes and complete files before seeing the next patient.

Rude office staff! Dr Hanna is OK, good about referring. Not very knowledgeable, asks about who or where to refer to.

I cannot believe I was so fortunate to get into Dr. Hanna's practice. She is by far the best doctor I have ever had and she really cares about her patients. Definitely not a roller skating doctor. I love her!

The jewel of the family Doctors who always cares the well being of the patients. Unfortunately, the Mississauga lost her and the Ancasters are fortunate enough to have her. Good Luck.

Dr. Hanna is a very nice person and she does care a lot about her patients,your not just a number when u have appt. She's not in it for the money. she is real awesome doctor.Joanne Bedford

Dr Hanna is always on time. She will send you to see a specialist right away if you need it. When you need an appointment she will fit you in within a day or so. I have never Had to wait more then a week. Other Doctors have been at least a 6-8 week wait just for an appointment. One thing that concerns me is she never checks your blood pressure or listens to your heart and breathing at the beginning of your appointment like other Doctors I have had.
