This man is done. he hs memory lapses and makes errors in diagnoses and prescribing medications. His girl friend manages the office lending a toxic atmosphere to some workers especially a bias against the Nurse Practitioner. He also signs off for visits in which he does render any health care, costing OHIP more money. He refuses to used new technology, and sabotages the operation of new equipment by the staff and the N.P. He also only attends the clinic for half a day, in violation of the Family Health Team policy.
