Dr. Pierce was the on call emergency Dr. in Smith Falls when my spouse came to emerg. in Aug. 2017 It was her that called me at home to refer us to Ottawa Cancer clinic for MRI and Specialist appt. She also took time out from her vacation time to call me at home as to where to send MRI report (we had no family Dr, so she had gotten the report. I advised her who to send it to and it was done quickly. Thanks to her prompt attentiveness we were able to get some more testing although in the end My spouse died but I think if it hadn;t been for her caring it may have gone on for a long time re suffering. Thank You Dr. Pierce

When I had a silent heart attack, Dr. Pierce was incredible. She was kind, patient and demonstrated great caring. Her quiet competence was very re-assuring. I would highly recommend Dr. Pierce for offering the highest standard of medical professionalism.

We had Dr. Pierce in an emergency room visit. She was condescending to the point of rudeness. She was also extremely rough in handling my son, who was one day post-op surgery. Worse of all, she left us feeling like she didn't know WHAT she was doing, so after all that waiting, and then seeing her, we ended up driving to CHEO at midnight. The emerg doctor there had to redo my son's bandages - she did a lousy job all around.
