Dr. Russell is the most caring and patient doctor that I have ever met. She makes you feel extremely comfortable; she genuinely listens to your concerns and addresses them with care and knowledge. She cared for me during my pregnancy and now has seen my daughter for the past 4 years too. My mother and husband are also with Dr. Russell and I would highly recommend her as your family physician. Thanks for everything Dr. Russell :)

Dr. Russell is a fantastic doctor. She is the type of doctor that would still do house calls if possible. I have full trust in her. The reception staff, aside from Vanessa, needs training in customer care. It would be nice to be greeted when you walk up to the desk. Not left guessing who is available to check in with and what doctor they are working with.
