I've had Dr. Burstein as my family doctor since I was a fetus, and I pray that she never retires. She's seen me grow, she knows who I am, she knows exactly what I need, and she supports me when I need her help at my worst. She's the best. My doctor is better than your doctor!

My elderly Mother was in a lot of pain, called the office, no answer, called again, an answering machine with virtually no info .. They should at least have a message saying go to the ER or a Walk In CLinic ..

I have had Dr. Burstein for years as a doctor, but I hate now that when you call you can never get through. No one answers ... always a machine. It can take days before you get through to get an appointment!!!!
