I am a male patient 60+. Seen Dr.Hicks for 15+ years, lacks patient interest, inflexible, not punctual, often tired, yawns often during interview. The Dr. and staff are not timely to medication refill requirements via fax from Drug marts. Have considered finding alternative care.
