Dr. Heavens was the best Dr. We have had. I miss him. He is a great diagnostician and really took care of us. He was prompt, he was caring and willing to address every concern.

Dr. Heavens has the best bed side manors that i've have ever experienced in a doctor.. When i was a patient of his a Bancroft hospital he treated me as a person not as a name on a chart... Years after i ran into him at a store and he still remembered my name and ask how everything was... Amazing doctor and and even better man

Failed to file all records of my child's immunizations, then closed his practice in Ottawa leaving me with nothing. Not impressed.
