I wish someone let me know about him.I agree go to a Dr.in Toronto.there are up to date on info.this arts guy should retire.he's not a very caring person as a doctor of neurology he had tunnel vision.no dialogue about options.like he is the only ticket in town.not.

Same experience as previous comment - 7 minute visit with limited interaction, lacking any caring attitude towards the patient. Responses to our questions were short, clipped, and uninformative. Patients who want a thorough, professional diagnosis should consider making the trip to Toronto.

visits only take 7 minutes, that includes announcing your arrival, waiting, seeing Dr. Arts, and making another appointment. Don't worry he will prescribe something even if he doesn't know what is wrong with you, and see you in 3 months to repeat the insanity again.
