took 6 months and 2 visits to have a physical, one of those visits had to be rescheduled, they did not schedule blood tests for the physical so i had to drive to Grimsby for the blood work. The Dr did not show for next appointment to discuss the bloodwork results and haven't heard from their office since. I still don't have the result. nor have i had a sleep study done, which was the secondary reason for the physical. Nobody there seems to care, and they can't keep track of patients and their needs. I'm very dissatisfied.
