It is extremely difficult to make an appointment. The phone line is very busy. I normally have to send a letter, instead of waiting for hour and hour on the line for nothing.

On Tuesday I went to Grimsby ER and was admitted to stay. Dr. Aliu was a Singh to my case and she took care off me along with great nurses at the hospital. She is great, caring doctor . She spawned time to talk to me about my sickness and what is she going to dothat would make me feel better. She is amazing !!!!

Takes 2-4 years for referral from her to see a specialist. Argue & have to state your case for regular blood work requisition for complete physical. Always very rushed & no time to review your file in full for next steps.

took 6 months and 2 visits to have a physical, one of those visits had to be rescheduled, they did not schedule blood tests for the physical so i had to drive to Grimsby for the blood work. The Dr did not show for next appointment to discuss the bloodwork results and haven't heard from their office since. I still don't have the result. nor have i had a sleep study done, which was the secondary reason for the physical. Nobody there seems to care, and they can't keep track of patients and their needs. I'm very dissatisfied.
