Dr. McPhail encourages me to take care of my disabled adult son in the way that he wants to be taken care of. I wish more people supported me in being his prime caregiver as Dr. McPhail does.

Very disappointed with this Dr. office the secretaries rarely if ever answer the phones I have to go down to the office to make appointments. Dr. Mc Phail gives you all the time you need which is fine but she doesn't seem to be very knowledgeable and makes a referral for EVERYTHING! Any little comment I make I get a referral! T

So thankful we have her as our family doctor. Sometimes you have to wait because she actually takes the time to see and talk with you - especially with your children! Awesome doctor and woman.

Dr. McPhail is great at her knowledge of medicine. Because she is so passionate and caring about her patients, she can sometimes run up to an hr and a half behind schedule. Best times to schedule an appt is first thing in the morning or right after lunch time within the first hr of the day or first hr after lunch time. A patient for the over a year
