I have been a patient of Dr. MacLeod's since I was born, and she has always been fantastic... up until the last couple years. Her office is closed more than it is open. (I haven't been able to get a prescription refilled for almost 2 months because she's never there) I can never get in to discuss problems I'm having and if I do, it's like it's an extreme inconvenience. She's rude, and incredibly impatient. I'm scared to ask any additional questions because I don't feel I'll get an honest answer or she'll just brush me off. I feel that if she's willing to be out of the office more than she's there (I understand people have family's, but being in the medical field, they have a responsibility to be there for their patients), she should find a replacement doctor for herself.
