I can't comment on dr. Sakamoto but I can comment on the rude reception I received from the woman who answers the phone. She was rude and condescending. Because of her, I will request to have my file sent elsewhere as soon as I can get a referral to another Doctor in the Quinte area. This woman was not helpful at all. A very sad second experience with her. Rude once ok. Bad day. Rude twice. Not acceptable . Don't call me 'dear' and tell me 'well that's the way we do it here'. I was trying to understand how things worked. She needs a lesson or ten on customer service and telephone etiquette. :(
