Great doctor and very caring of her patients - but - it is darned near impossible to get through to the office. If you leave a message you rarely receive a return call. If you are sick - be prepared to go to a walk in because you can not get in to see Dr. Beckford. She is a wonderful doctor but would like to be able to see her when I am sick.

I am so confused. I am happy with Dr. Beckford but maybe she has taken on too many patients because it is darned near impossible to get an appointment with her and follow up information is not provided in a timely manner.

I have never had such a horrible experience with customer service in my life. I was suffering through a miscarriage and Dr Beckford and her staff were totally incompetent, unprofessional and uncaring. They lost my ultrasound requisitions, cancelled appointments for 2 weeks due to "illness" with no referral or help finding another doctor to assist me. Basically leaving me on my own to navigate during a very traumatic time. I am now in the process of leaving her as a doctor and I hope she one day leaves the profession as it's clearly not for her. I am writing this to help others so they don't feel as helpless as I do during a time of need. Please find a more caring and professional doctor while you are healthy so that they can support you when you are not. Dr. Beckford is not that person. Please do yourself and your loved ones a favour and go elsewhere.

Dr. Beckford is wonderful but her staff are completely rude and incompetent. She has also moved 3 times in the last year without any of her patients being contacted. I have an appointment with her tomorrow but can't even find her! It's getting frustrating enough to switch doctors which I really hate to do because it took me a year and a half just to get a family doctor in the first place.

Me and my daughter go to Dr. Beckford and absolutely regret ever going to her. Her and her staff are rude,incompetent and make you wait for hours. They have forgotten to do multiple things in my pregnancy i.e (requisition forms, ultra sounds, and even contacting an O.B.,) Her receptionist has hung up on us and has no care for others. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!!

I did see her once in Tottenham and then in Alliston and was happy to have her as my Doctor. I did not receive a notice that she went to Bolton.Alliston is much more convenient for me.I hope to find a replacement just like her.

Myself and kids changed Doctors, went with Dr Beckford, everything was great then without contacting patients she moved, then a few months later left the Alliston office and no contact again, this is so frustrating and so annoying, and overtime I call the receptionist is not kind or helpful at all....

Dr. Beckford is awesome! She listens, does not shrug anything off and if need be, sends me for tests. Also keeps a routine check on my bloodwork! I could not ask for a better physician!!

The girl who answers her phone and makes appointments in Bolton is uncaring and rude. It's like you interrupted her when you call. She doesn't even pretend to care about you. Makes Dr. Backford look really bad, which is unfortunate because she is a great doctor. If I could send a complaint about her receptionist, I would. You should find one with empathy and manners.

Dr. Beckford is heaven sent. I've had a doctor for 20 years, and been to her with a complaint with she brushed off each time. Dr. Beckford took the time to listen and however awful my diagnoses is, I'm glad to know. I would have to say she is an empathetic genius. God bless her!

Dr. Beckford is an exceptional Doctor who takes the time to listen and works very well with her patients. It was difficult to get a new doctor and she took us on as if we had been with her for many years. Recommend her as a great family Doctor
