Please let me clarify, Dr. Rizk is a good doctor and compassionate, but her receptionist is horrid. Does not return calls when you leave message for an appointment. Been trying to get an appointment for almost 2 months now. She is clearly terrible at her job lacking people skills except for gossiping with another patient in the waiting room. She misplaces your lab results but blames it on the lab which they vehemently deny which I believe because they have very strict protocols and proof of delivery in place. My hope is she is not doing something fishy with my private health information (PHI) in which case will lead to an investigation.

Staff never called back to let me know there was a problem with my MRI and a follow up was needed. Doctor misdiagnosed and treated me for months for the wrong diagnoses; i had to go to a walk in clinic in severe pain to find out that; very disappointed. This is not a joke. it is the life of people we are talking about here.

Dr. Rizk is a very caring and concerned Doctor. She is very kind and has a good memory, always asks about family etc. She makes you feel good and that you are just not another number (in and out routine) She spends the time and is very patient with you and is very thorough. She is Great!!!
