Staff is great, however not a fan of Moolla. Always seems to ignore my problems and call them "normal" even if it isn't something that has always happened, or seems to be getting worse. I always feel rushed at my appointments, like he's working at a call centre and just trying to hit a call count for the day.

The staff treat you like you are nothing. I've experienced some major attitude from one particular woman who answers the phone and works at the desk. It's unbelievable that such a person works with the public. As soon as you talk to the doctor he looks at his watch. Doctor seems to get upset for revisiting when something hasn't been taken care of.

This doctor knows his stuff. At times when I needed to see him on short notice he has come in early or taken a short lunch. Always easy to talk to. Even have chuckle now and then. Thank you Dr. Moolla.

My husband and I have seen him twice at the Walk In Clinics in Bowmanville. I like that he does not suffer from the "God" syndrome of many other Doctors, he is quite easy to talk to and has a sense of humour. If we did not have a family doctor he would be on the top our list.

I work in health care and my husband is a senior now with dementia. I have found everyone involved in his practice to be helpful, considerate and gives us time and attention as needed. Wer feel very lucky to have the quality medical care we have recieved from Dr. M and his team.

Just because a doctor is punctual to an appointment, doesn't make him a good health care provider. I rather wait for an appointment, because it mostly is an indication that the doctor does take it's time for an individual patient. With Dr. Moolla I always felt rushed; he never took it's time for my question; he rather brushed me off.

The reception staff is sometimes short when I call to book an appointment and is often, for lack of a better word, dismissive. Understanding that they are likely very busy -Dr Moolla is in high demand- they should still maintain professionalism in tone and attitude when dealing with patients. Sometimes it's as though they feel overworked and their outlet for that is the patient. Dr Moolla is fantastic and has been since day one. I've moved my whole family to his practice simply because of his knowledge and desire to help through concerning health matters.
