Great Doctor but the office staff is very disorganized. They sent me to the wrong location for a consultation. Even though I managed to get to the correct location on time, I then had to wait for almost 2 hours to see Dr Alexander's colleague. Other patients who arrived later were sen first. They then forgot to call me to book a surgical procedure and when I called about it one month later, they had no notes in my file showing I had ever been there. Now they are telling me it might be another few months.
