He doesn’t listen to the patient,he tries to force the patient to do what he wants them to do not what the patient wants to do,always asks same question 2/3 times not a good way to be for a doctor,

Dr. Mak has been my doctor since I was a little girl. I have had various mental and physical health issues and every time Dr. Mak listened and did everything he could to help me. He is one of the reasons I am functioning so well today. I am grateful to have him as my doctor.

An attentive Doctor who for me is very proactive. He is sometimes a few minutes late, but that is usually because of the patients who need more attention, got it.

I can't disagree more than the first three comments. I find him rushed, easily distracted, not personable, not proactive and a real scatterbrain! I think the staff are terrific. I have been with this office for 40 years and truly miss the personality of my previous retired Dr. that Mak replaced.

Overall, Dr. Mak seems to be 'in tune' with his patients. He appears to be concerned and will take the time to listen IF you persevere!! I have found him to be proactive which in this day and age is very necessary.
