Dr. Julia Shcherbatykh is great, when you can actually see her. Wait time for an appointment with her is about 2 - 2.5 months. You're always scheduled in with her nurse, Tatiana who seems almost clueless and even indifferent to what you are telling her. She can't prescribe anything to you, either. She jots down little notes and says she'll email Dr. Shcherbatykh about it and you never hear back from either of them. After my last meeting with Tatiana, I went to the front desk and said I wanted an appointment with the DR, the receptionist said the next available date would be mid May, then asked what I wanted to see the Dr about. I told her, by then, I didn't know; my ailment may disappear on it's own, it could still be there for her to help me with, or I could be dead. Who knows!? My ratings are for Dr. Shcherbatykh, not Tatiana

It is difficult finding a great doctor and when Dr. Michelle passed away suddenly I was a bit anxious about starting over. Dr Julia was a wonderful surprise. She is kind, thoughtful and listens! She is a "keeper".
