Finally received help after seeing Dr Book-saw other Psychiatrists over 10 years. Life-changing to be properly diagnosed and proper meds & dosage. He is down to earth and easy to talk to. I am able to work full-time and I don't find him to be a drug pusher. He recommended a CBT Workbook-Mind Over Mood-for regular self-help.

A pusher. Drugs seem to be the only trick in his repertoire. Totally failed me, negligently prescribed yet another chemical fix, then left me out to dry for weeks without an appointment. VERY angry with his cavalier attitude and his arrogance.

He is a great dr but doesn't like filling out paperwork. I would recommend him to anyone.

This doctor has a generic formula for treating all patients. First you will receive a prescription for Celexa and maybe something to help you sleep, like Remeron. Then Dr. Book encourages you to purchase a workbook. He also says in the first meeting "If you have any issues with Sexual Abuse you'll need to see someone else - I don't work with that. Lastly, you'll hear more about his family and dog than he will ever ask about you. Very disappointing.
