Dr Berisha is rude,and poorly trained as a doctor. Forgets to set up specialist appointments. Never calls you back for results, you have to make an appointment to get a result as she won't talk to you on the phone and it take 5 weeks to see her. Gives you the wrong dosage on medications, she does not take you seriously, forcing me to diagnose myself. .Some of the reception staff are very rude as well, .She told me to ween off the medication I have been on for years for pain then cut me off cold turkey. I asked her what I should use for pain and she said I don't know (when I told her I may have to find it on the streets, she said I guess you have to do what you have to do.) If you want a doctor that doesn't care and is in for the money only choose Dr Berisha.

Is very hard to have her listen to what you are concerned about. If she does say you need a referral you have to call back to call back to get her nurse to set it up.

Great doctor, very detailed and knowledgable with an excellent bedside manner. Excellent with kids.

She does not listen to her patients. She talks over you when you are trying to explain your concerns with her. She is condescending. I would not recommend her.
