Since Dr. Shannon took me on as a patient, he has provided me with the best health care I have ever received. He listens to my concerns and provides me with the appropriate tests, prescriptions, referrals and any nessesary follow-ups. I am truly grateful to have him as my family physician.

Difficult to reach for appointment. Receptionist puts phones on hold when she is busy. Inconsistent treatment by receptionist.
