The staff are always friendly and helpful. Puctuality is at a 4 only because they are so caring with their patients that they take the time with them when they need it. This may mean another patient may have to wait in the examining room a little longer but that patient is still given the time they need.

hard to see doctor, need to see Nurse Practioner always first, she is nice but it should not be so hard to see the doctor. Receptiontist is cold and unfriendly. Music in the office is terrible and should not be religous for non religon clients. Dr Au himself-great!

Have always been please with results of appointments. Within the last year wait time for appointment has increased, but quality of service is worth it!
