Do not like this same day booking that has been initiated. Would rather be able to book ahead of time to also work around my schedule. not sure why this practice has been adopted. Perhaps a good idea would be to block out a couple of time slots each day to accomodate people who need to get in right away. Overall, fairly happy with everything excepet this one issue.

They have cancelled several of my appointments due to her not being there. and the wait for apps are months

She is always on vacation and cannot remember who I am and often mixes me up with other patients. She misreads results. Another doctor filled in for her and interpreted the results completely differently.
