Initially Dr Hadi's office and his staff were knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. Two years ago I would have rated him with fives across the board. Two years later I emphatically do not recommend Dr. Hadi. His availability has dropped to two days a week, but patients were not advised of this in any way. There is no indication of his new, much more restricted hour,s on the answering machine. The staff are no longer reliable or friendly when it comes to returning phone calls. Staff frequently do not return phone calls at all. Once I called four times in one day and left three messages before I was able to speak with a receptionist to make an appointment. Recently, after multiple calls to the Dr. Hadi's office went unanswered, I actually was forced to drive to his office to make an appointment--which is utterly ridiculous. The office itself, once clean and organized, has been remodelled to accommodate another Doctor. and an ad hoc pharmacy. The office is now messy, disorganized, cramped and as the renovations continue less clean. I don't know why there has been such a steep drop off in the quality of care. This is no longer a Dr--or staff-- to go to for responsive care.

My first experience with a psychiatrist was very bad and I swore I would never go back to see another. After much prodding from my family doctor, I went to see Dr Aziz. She is a bright and caring individual. I am so glad I was able to overcome my previous issues and go see her.

A bright and an upcoming star on the horizon, Brilliant, caring and exceptionally intelligent young woman. Hopefully the system does,nt burn her out like the others in Hamilton area
