Dr. Chemparathy always dismisses my concerns. She only wants to write a prescription instead of looking at the root of any problem. I am switching doctors - this is not patient-centred care.

Terrible attitude, never calls with test results that happened to me twice and I needed medication. She never listens to the patients and completely disregards any concerns and last time I saw her she said " I can't deal with this issue now coz Iam going on vacation" Iam switching doctors.

Getting an appointment with her requires a bit of work but I never have to wait too long. She never rushes my time with her and I feel very comfortable talking to her about all aspects of my health.
