I have not had the opportunity to deal with her office yet but the hospital staff were very good to me. I had travelled far to be with my mother for a test performed by Dr. Haddad. The tests were abnormal and she explained everything to me. I am a director of surgery in a regional hospital in the USA and deal with surgeons all day long. Dr. Haddad was very professional and accommodating. My mother will require a major surgery now and I will be very dependent on communication from the office since I am the medial power of attorney and my mother is facing cognitive difficulties.
