Absolutely NEVER on time, but very pleasant and caring. You are always put on hold when you phone - if you can get through! Small but annoying items which could be improved.

Dr. Stratford is knowledgeable, caring and thorough. He may not take you in on time but it's usually because he's taking time with another patient as needed. I don't mind waiting for good care. A-1
