I recently had the good fortune to be treated by Dr Heseltine in ER at Cornwall Hospital for torn shoulder/ rotator cuff. I was in terrible pain but his calm manner, caring, compassionate way Was most appreciated. He was professional, efficient and a definite asset to the hospital. We need more like him. Staff on duty were equally calm, efficient & caring. Thank you, Dr Heseltine.
