Dr. Ballard has been absolutely amazing with my 10 month old. If she needs to be seen Dr. Ballard squeezes her in that day on her lunch break. Very thorough and concerned. Stephanie her receptionist is wonderful, calls back right away and is very accommodating. Glad she is our family doctor.

Been a patient since the beginning. She is very caring, not just about your physical health but your mental and emotional health too. Shoots from the hip. She's the greatest doctor I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with!

do not like the receptionist ,she is no myra. long waiting time most days but i love doctor ballard and so worth the wait. she is not one of those stuffy doctors who only want yes and no answers. easy to talk to ...

Took my daughter to the urgent care for a suspected bladder infection. While we were in the office the doctor used some very derogatory terms to describe the female parts. Was not impressed at with the language used in front of a child. I expected a doctor to be much more professional. Disgusted and very disapointed

Seems like I wait forever for scheduled appointments but Dr. Ballard's always really considerate and though it might seem to some like she asks too many questions you can tell if you listen that she just really wants to make sure you're doing alright :)

I Always wait at least an hour and can never get through on the phone. However Dr Ballard is the best and the wait is worth it. She is down to earth and a real person.
