Find another doctor... 3 hour+ wait times are the norm...there are actually 2 waiting rooms and the staff just shift patients around to make it seem like the queue is moving... very disappointed...if I could give 0 stars I would.

Did not treat my son like a patient. Treated him more like a burden to her day. Waiting rooms was not kid friendly. Stuck us in the exam room for a long wait and was told he could not touch anything. If we were waiting that long we should have been in an area a kid can be a kid. My son is 3 for reference.

Dr. Sigesmund is an extremely capable and amazing surgeon and eye specialist. My daughter has been seeing her since she was barely 1 years old. We know the drill by now. bring things that will occupy the young. bring snacks. if you aren't with small kids... bring war and peace. lol yes the wait is long. she saved my daughters vision, so for the sake of her vision we suck it up.

My mom and my son are her patients. My Mom is over 80 and we had to wait for her appointment for over 3 hours each time. The staff is extremely rude and when we told the Dr. about the abhorrent treatment that the staff provides she said she would tak to them. I also said it was unprofessional to have the very young and elderly wait for so long and she smugly stated that she was one of the most sought after Dr. That isn't the case and she needs to run her practice properly. I am now back with my son 5 years later and the receptioist are still rude and disorganized - young and very old are waiting in the hallways for hours. The dr. Needs a review in practice management and patient care and I am going to make an official complaint.

The staff are rude, uncaring and absolutely abhorrent in their attitude towards patients. Patients are too scared of losing a specialists appt to say anything. Very badly managed practice. There shouldn't be a long wait time when you are dealing with this client group.

She makes patients wait up to 6 hours, keeps cancelling her office, for appointment to be booked takes months. Does not respect patients' time especially if you wait three months for the appointment then 2 weeks find out it has to be rescheduled since the doctor is not working that day. Very frustrating.

Amazing. Waiting a little bit extra to see her is well worth it. Sorry to see the little ones getting so restless but Dr. Sigesmund is truly the best.
