It is hard to get into the phone lines, as they can be very busy. However, the clinic is nice and small and has a short waiting time. Dr. West is very pleasant to see. He is a great doctor and tends to lean towards a more liberal approach (i.e. suggests alternative methods before prescribing pills, etc) He also takes the time to listen. As a parent of young children, he seems to understand and allows me to take the lead on what's best for the children (barring any complications or significant medical issues. He promotes breastfeeding and understands keeping infants close and secure to their parents. He is a super doctor and I highly recommend him to other parents. He really is a treasure

I phone with a concern and am asked to come in within 24 hours. Always asks if there are any more concerns. Does not hesitate to refer to a specialist if need be. Good Listener.
