An absolutely fantastic doctor who provides excellent care; and is very polite, caring, considerate, and extremely quick to identify illness or other medical problems. The other staff and doctors at this same clinic are also at the top of their league.

Excellent medical doctor, along with husband, Dr. Scott Shannon. We equally praise the staff. They are all warm, caring human beings with a sparkle in their eyes. They listen, they are knowledgeable, helpful and extremely caring. A blessing, to have in this community. Our family loves this clinic.

Fantastic doctor, as well as her husband. Very caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and also a teaching doctor at McMaster, with a love for Christ, and we share her sentiments, also. Our family members love her. Definitely far more than a grass roots doctor. Wish her well with the upcoming birth of her second child. A wonderful human being.

Dr. chan is amazing. I saw her last year and she is very nice, listens to her patient and was great at referring me to a specialist. Wish she had her own practice outside the clinic because you never see the same doctor twice at the clinic.
