Dr Caplan is the best doctor ever...but the front desk ladies are far from it, they are never in the mood and they will do anything to make you feel miserable and do not try to reschedule an appointment with them...then you regret you go to that clinic. It is really waste such a good doctor with that horrible front desk staff
