after 25 years in his care I too received a registered letter. I told him I wasn't happy with the care he was giving my daughter and my husband about certain issues. A week later I received the letter. I wasn't able to go back and see him but he would accept the rest of my family.

I think this is a dr who has lost his interest to actually help patients. I have been going to him for 20years and really don't trust him to give me the best care. He is no doubt a great dr for elderly patients with obvious health concerns and a very nice man but not a dr interested in patients health concerns.
