Dr Segall is an amazing doctor - he saved my life when I arrived at Credit Valley on June 22. His bedside manner is like no other. Wish there were more doctors like him. My family couldn't believe how much time he spent explaining my outcome and procedure - Thank you

Not aware of Tinnitus issue at all. He ignored my symptoms and left me feeling more hopeless than before entering his office. A 1.5 hour wait does not help the whole experience, on top of that.

Every time I've been in his office I've waited at least 50 minutes to see Dr Segall. I'm glad that my time is so obviously not worth as much as his time. I've been having ongoing sinus infections/issues and because he doesn't see anything, there can't be anything wrong. Getting a second opinion because I'm sick of taking antibiotics every 6 weeks for a sinus infection!

I had a mouth related procedure in February 2013. This came with much anxiety and stress. I have to say this doc made me feel completely at ease. He was prompt, very communicative and seemed to have excellent knowledge and experience in my procedure. He was caring enough to explain everything to me and after the procedure was over had very re-assuring closing comments and recommendations for a speedy recovery. I can't figure out why anyone would have had a negative experience with him. Any working professional can have a bad day. But I can not provide a higher recommendation for a doctor who acted in every way I would expect and I think my expectations are fairly high as I am a business owner in a service industry, so I am always sensitive to how I get treated. Thanks doc for helping me and doing so in the way you did. You are an example to your chosen profession.

I had read the reviews prior to going to Dr. Segal and I was having some doubts but I was plesantly surprised to see he was nothing close to the negative comments I read. He was very professional he explained everything to me and I felt very good about the visit.I feel our doctors today are very much overworked and do need our understanding and patience. I am not an employee of Dr. Segal as one reviewer stated, but let us all turn the negative thoughts toward him, into something positive by praying for him God can change anyone and everyone.We need our doctors
