Rude, arrogant and completely uncaring. Every time I or anyone in my family are forced to make an appointment it is dreaded because of just how disconnected he is. He doesn't even look at you once he enters the room (today my mother went with a swollen face and he asked why she was there and waited for a response, and still didn't look). While complaining that a sore throat was part of another issue he offered to prescribe morphine. He told me I wouldn't know if I had a yeast infection. If you have actual health concerns, don't bother.

Great doctor who knows his stuff, has very little patience for nonsense but when something is actually wrong he zero's in.

If you want stellar bedside manner and a hug find it elsewhere. But knowledge abounds! Dr. Sugamori has been very knowledgable and upfront while I have been his patient.

If you're looking for someone to hold your hand he may not be the right fit. If your looking for an outstanding doctor who will do what's best and always upfront and honest he's the right choice.

You have to really push to get things looked at. Doesnt seem to want to really find out whats wrong, take advil

Bedside manner terrible. Does not refer patients to specialists when requested, wants to be everything to everybody. Skill and knowledge are good, Dr. Sugamori consistently fails to consider his patient's viewpoint and responsibility of care and choice in their own health decisions.

Arrogant and does not like giving referrals even when found necessary by other doctors. Not caring in any way and makes you feel like a number (get in and get out) and everything is "take some tylenol and that will make it better". He has made some bad decisions when dealing with my childrens issues. I am in need of a new doctor as i have lost all confidence in mine
