You have to know him to understand him and getting to know him takes patience. Once you're there, there is none better. I switched to him even when trying to get him to crack a smile was like pulling teeth; but he is a cool guy who doesn't flaunt his stuff; but when called upon, he'll be there in a heartbeat. He's a GREAT GUY!
