Dr Malek is very caring and takes the time with each patient to address their needs and concerns which may create some delays while waiting but it is the clinic's policy to make sure that everyone gets the full attention to their problem that they require. As for the front desk staff = they are very busy handling the four doctors and the clinic but always are polite, helpful and do their very best to service both the doctors and patients alike. Thanks everyone. Always advisable to book an apt first things in the morning or right after luch to avoid delays. Dr Malek is also accepting new patients...... I would strongly recommend him to you.

He does take his time explaining everything and is good with the elderly people. Staff not so good he should change them up.

Dr. Malek is a very kind and caring doctor. He takes his time and hears you out before he jumps in and makes a diagnoses. My two children and I love him. His front desk staff does not give great customer service.

Dr. Wafik Abdel Malek is a very knowledgeble doctor, patient with us, treats us with the required attention and importance, always gives us the best advise for the situation, sends us for further follow up when is required.

Dr. Malek is a well informed, genuinely caring doctor. But his receptionist is completely uninvolved/non caring. She always has a tone and looks unimpressedd with anything going on in the office.
