Dr. Jabbar is very attentive to myself, husband and children, she really cares about her patients. The staff that work the phones are horrible, rude and often make mistakes with times and dates of referrals.

she seems to be out of the office 2 weeks out of every month. will only deal with one issue per visit. she won't perform physical examinations on men. diagnoses problems just based on the symptoms i tell her about. writes a prescription without really seeming to care. strangely i don't have to wait long to get into see her because there are only a few others waiting. this would lead one to believe that it isn't too busy. so why do i have to wait on the phone for 45 minutes to an hour to book the appointment? receptionist on personal calls?

Dr. Jabbar is a fabulous MD and so is her medical praticioner. The office staff is short with one on the phone, and the waiting to get a hold of reception is far to long. This area really needs improvement and a simple smile with some eye contact would be a real bonus.

The staff are always very nice and Dr. Jabbar is very helpful, caring and takes as much time as you need in order to feel better when you you walk out of her door. The only complaint I would have is the phone lines and making an appointment. It takes way too long to get a human voice, have waited up to 30 minutes before reachin a receptionist.
