I have had Dr Burgess for over 28 years , with all my health problems over the years she has always referred me to specialists if the need was there Very thorough with every thing. Great listener! The staff there is much better than the previous place since we always had to deal with the jail warden réceptionist. I have never abused of her time, but when I have emergencies she has appointment open for that. I can only say I have been blessed to have her as our doctor

Great doctor ! I am very fortunate to have her as my family doctor. I find she is very thorough and makes sure that her patients are well taken care of. P.S. She has helped save my life as a cancer patient.

I have been with Dr Burgess well over 20 years. She is a great Family Doctor. She knows her patients and to have a Family Doc that you have a history with is a true blessings these days My only issue is dealing with her office. There is one receptionist who is does not seem to enjoy her job. She has on numerous occaisions been extremely condescending adopts an attitude that you are an annoyance etc. I know are few other patients that have had the same experiences. Real shame gives a very unprofessional 1st impression. Does not accurately reflect Dr Burgess's pratice.

I have had Dr. Burgess for 29 years. She is fantastic! She refers patients to great specialists. She remembers her patients. Will get you the tests required to get to the source of the problem.

Dr Burgess is very punctual but if you are 5 minutes late for whatever reason, she will let you know how she feels. One time my appt was for 9:15 am. When I showed up at 9:05, they told me that I was late and had to reschule my appointment. They mixed up my time with another person. I had my appt card at home. Bring it with you every time!!! Geesh! Booking an appointment for a physical is done every October. It takes a year or so to get checked again. Other than that we're lucky to have her.
