Receptionist is very nice. Dr Lam was helpful at first, but when I was reacting with allergy medication prescribed to me he suggested I either persevere through the small reaction (swelling under my tongue), or discontinue and start taking the allergy shots. I figured if a doctor tells me that it is ok to keep taking them despite a small reaction then it should be ok. I was wrong. The next day I suffered an anaphylactic reaction and went to the hospital via ambulance as my throat was closing up and my tongue was so big it prevented me from talking. I discontinued the allergy medication and left a message for Dr Lam explaining what happened. He has never called me back to follow up. Very concerning for a doctor to show such lack of concern for his patient.

Dr. Lam is a caring and knowledgable doctor. My husband was very fortunate to have been treated by him for his heart condition.

Thank you DR. Lam for your caring and promptness in getting me the necessary tests to find out my breathing problems.You are a good man and have a great heart.Thank your assistant , the lady receptionist who is also a saint.I have lived in Grimsby over 35 years,,you treated me 10 years ago and helped me then. I am sure that you will do the same now.

Dr. Lam and his staff are very thorough. Very caring and compassionate. I like the way he asks you questions to get to know your circumstances before he treats you..you are not just a number.
