Been many years that I had seen Dr. Ben yet nothing changed always late but that’s beca he cares about his patients I’d rather a Dr late then on time , rushed, no bedside manner felt to be made uncomfortable he was amazing yet abit older, my sons are in there 20s he still remembered who I was asked about my family. So glad to see he was still in Guelph after all these years...

Doctor was an hour late arriving at clinic, therefore the entire appointment felt extremely rushed as he was going between exam rooms. Doctor did not explain the procedure whatsoever or check on me throughout the procedure to see how I was doing. I feel that Doctor Ben has no bedside manner whatsoever, is extremely unprofessional, uncompassionate and non-empathetic. Will not be returning to this specialist.

Dr. Ben is amazing. I felt so awkward walking into the office and felt very cared for walking out. He made me feel at ease and was very knowledgeable about my issue. He is worth seeing.
