Dr. Alexopolus is great, however this system of phoning in at the beginning of the week to make an appointment is ridiculous. The receptionists make the decision on if you get to see the doctor or not and I have tried for weeks to get an appointment with absolutely no luck. I called this morning and told them that after 30 something years with this office I am done. I am now seeking a new doctor. It's not Dr. Alexopolus it's the system they have to why I am leaving plus the new receptionists sucks with her attitude. If they go back to the way it was then I would stay.

Dr Alexoppoulas is very caring and listens to you. She never rushes you . She is relaxed and open to suggestions by clients which is very important.She has a good knowledge base overall and I feels knows the limits of her own practice and refers to specialists if outside her scope. I have been with her practice for many years. I have found it more and more frustrating as the practice has grown to deal with the receptionists. They are not nurses and yet sometimes I think they screen too much for the knowledge they have! I also like it now that they have become a part of the FHT as there are more options open regarding care.

All of the staff is great EXCEPT for reception. Curt, rude and often downright mean.

Dr. A is quite friendly and helpful. It is like pulling teeth to get info from here. She is knowledgeable but is not forthcoming with information. Her receptionists need a politeness lesson. It seems they hate their jobs and anyone who disturbs them while they are working.
