I have just had a stroke and came to see him as my family doctor, but I was assisted with a nurse or? I wanted to see him and talk to him about some other issues that are very important to me now. I was happy to have not seen him.

Dr. Smosarski is thorough, thoughtful, and open minded. He has been our primary care provider for four generations of our family now. (grandparents and my children covers all four). there is a wait to see him sometimes which you wont mind that one time you need a little more attention than the scheduled appointment time and he doesn't even blink to just be there for you. Dr. Smosarski is a real person, able to consider real life situations and provide real advice. No Dr. can cure everything, no Dr. can have flawless staff, and everyone has a rough day once in a while. This is a consequence of being human. Recommended as a GP for any person willing to acknowledge the realities of life and accept sound advice.

Dr Smosarski is a great physician and a great person. I am counting my blessings to be under his care.I have very serious health problem and he is the one who " keeps me going " and gives me energy to look for better future...He takes time to explain my symptoms and how my medications will work, he takes time to talk to my pharmacist and consult any new medication as well ... Ladies at the front desk are also very friendly,helpful and understanding. Thank you Dr. Smosarski and staff. ..and by the way - to those unhappy patients - change the doctor !!! to one who will listen to your winning, you life stories and endless complaining - don't waste GOOD DOCTOR TIME !!

I just got back home from the doctor's office its insane and I am very hurtful by this problem with an appointments. My last appointment was Feburary 2 nd when I got there for 1 pm appointment I was shocked they moved other office so I went in and ask them why was I notifty by moving?All sectrary do so shoulder up and said to me my appointment was for 12 pm was I notifty nope. But lucky doctor give me blook work etc. secretary gave me the card I look february 17 th at 10 am I book on my calender and on my phone. This morning I was rush to get see doctor by scooter snow is bit rough but made it on time. Other secretary said there is no appoiintment today it was feb 2nd I was so mad she said where is appointment card I dont have it its at home i m going to look for it. Gosh its not my forgetful. i had to argued with secretary she was other doctors secretary. Today was my appointment. THere was no calls to remind me doctor the next day. Other times secretary gave my friend s reminder for an appointment because I cannot hear on the phone(deaf) so my friend remind me. Couple of times wrong date. I went home crying because there are changes at the front desk.I wasnt aware of them move down the hall. Dr is very extreme busy. He s good to me. I noticed he just cannot come to me like other day. With other secretary fine no problem now on computer system saying not my appt.They should know how to respected get a proper secretary that knows how to do computer system. I know its not in my head that I m crazy. I dont know if I willing not to return to doctor. Doctor is great I adored him and nnurse too. what a waste my time.

Ive been a patient of Dr Dave's for over a year. When i 1st became his patient he was caring and more open to the patients needs. Every time I go in i tell him that my quality of living does not exist anymore. I have a chronic injury and am documenting all my samples on video clearly showing that they are fine and having independent tests also documented because this Doctor as good as i know he is and as good as i know he can be with patients obviously needing more proper medical attention.

There are many things I can say with my overall experience. For starters I have only seen this dr two times. The two times were short with very few words said on his part which confused me. I just moved to Hamilton and thought I was fortunate to get in to see this Dr. however,I will be looking for another Dr after the two experiences. I found him to be short on words, very dismissive and somewhat distracted. Never did get my blood results as I am a diabetic and was told by his staff that if there was a problem I would get a call. Well the call never came. So I decided to drive an hour and a half to my Great Dr that I had for over 20 years. She quickly welcomed me with open arms ran the bloodwork again and called me immediately to tell me that they had found a problem but not to worry as she would explain everything when I went back. Drove the hour and a half back and got a clear explanation. This is what I call a Dr. Bottom line I will never go back to Dr.Smosarski!

He seems ok for my husband. But we are still not too sure with our daughter or myself?? We are new with him so we will give him a couple more visits.

Dr Smosarski is a fantastic doctor, sure when he first got set up on victoria street things were a little chaotic, he really cares about his patients and takes the time to listen and takes the appropriate steps to get to the root of the problem! I count my blessings I have him as my dr., Liz is awesome as well all though the other staff dont know what their doing!

come on down and find out. he will keep you alive. however, one day we will all have to take a dive. this doctor does not live in a bee hive. he keeps his patients on the dance floor doing the jive. whatever situation i'm in he gives me a high five.

Doctor Smosarski has too many patients I believe. I waited two month's to see him. I was looking for a family doctor. I than had to wait an hour and a half pass the appointment that his office made for me. I got five minutes with his assistant ( weight and blood pressure) , than five minutes with the doctor. I was told that I would have to wait another two months for my physical. One day before the second appointment ,I was called and told that they were changing my appointment, and moving it back two days. I realized that I needed a doctor who valved my time as much as his own. I just got a letter from him telling not to use "Walk in Clinic's" . The service I received there was ten times better than what Dr. Smosarski was providing.I wouldn't suggest this doctor. He is also very impersonal in nature. That's what I sense.

A great Physician. And a great person. Count your blessings should you be under his care. Tonya at the front desk is also very helpful and understanding. She work's too hard though ! Thank you Dr. Smosarski and staff.

My husband & I can't wait for "Dr. Dave" to be back in our lives...he knows our history & for myself, to have to recount my depression issues to someone else will bring up some very disturbing scenes & dreams that I do not wish to re-visit as I'm afraid that they may give me a relapse of where I do not want to go.
