I have never been so traumatized before EVER in a doctor's office. My son fell at school and got 4 staples in the back of his head at the hospital. I was directed to go to my family doctor to remove them and it would be fast and easy. My son's normal family doctor was not there that day so the on-call doctor was there. Dr. Alshaar. She had absolutely no idea what the hell she was doing. I had to hold my 3 year old son down as she reopened his WOUND because instead of using the remover to remove the staples she cut 3 of them in HALF. I told her the hospital said it should be fast and easy to remove them and she blamed the hospital by saying they put the staples in too deep....they were already practically sticking out!! My son was screaming telling me to help him and she brought in another nurse to hold him down and out of the 4 staples one she managed to get one out so easy and my son said that one didn't hurt mommy and I said they all weren't suppose to hurt. This idiot of a doctor decided to take the staple remover and cut them in HALF so she had to pry into my sons head to remove the staples. I told her to take a second for my son to compose himself and this stupid inconsiderate doctor looked at my THREE YEAR OLD son and said "stop crying honey I have other patients waiting we need to hurry" I literally have no words. Both my son and I are extremely traumatized of what happened and he still to this day has a fear of going to the doctor. I had to switch doctors just to start fresh for my son. DO NOT SEE DR. ALSHAAR ... everywhere I find her name I'll be writing this review. She should not be able to help people! If I could do no stars I would but to post this I need to give a star. As a mommy, I should have stopped what happened right away and I chose to ignore my instincts because I trusted the Dr knew what she was doing. Always listen to your instincts.

She was amazing. When I pulled all my glut muscles she was very sympathetic and got me on to the road of recovery ASAP! Amazing

She is a wonderful Doctor, She has been very helpful on diagnosing me and pulled me out of the loop holes I feel through not having a family doctor and probably saved my life. She is amazing and I definatley would love to have her as a doctor.
