Been with Dr. Rea for twenty years. He is thorough, careful, compassionate, and quick to get you the proper treatment. He cares deeply about his patients. We are so lucky to be under his care.

I am a 72 yr old female from Bracebridge. On June 6, 2015 in the early morning I lost all feeling in my left leg & thought I was having a stroke. Ambulance took me to Huntsville & after many CT's & CT angios Dr Rea diagnosed me as having a dissected aorta & found a Dr at Sunnybrook to operate on me. I was airlifted there & after 9 1/2 hrs of surgery, I am alive, so I credit Dr Rea with saving my life as did the surgeon at Sunnybrook for him diagnosing me. I feel very lucky, as most people this happens to are misdiagnosed & pass away before getting proper treatment.

Very caring doctor..actually follows up and keeps patient and family informed of all developments..which is EXTREMELY RARE for a doctor to do.
