My son was admitted with overdose.She diagnosed him correctly as bipolar and not ADHD (as done by prominent psychiatrist). Caring and so knowledgeable. She was right and later confirmed by specialist. Great respect for her.

Here in Ingersoll for just over a year now. Dr Lori has been awesome! Genuinely caring, thorough and professional! I would definitely recommend her, and have, to family and friends. Her "team" is also friendly and helpful.

Dr.Bruce tries to be all things to all people and has failed miserably in the provision of objective care. In my past experience with a family member Dr.Bruce did not provide or refer to specialized care when obviously required. She has little awareness of personal boundaries and has made patients her "friends" which has directly impacted her ability to provide objective care. She did not make her self available for case consultations and was unhelpful in connecting with resources when big decisions needed to be made. She lacked insight and obviously unaware of the research that supports that family improves wellness on patients outcomes. She appeared not to see that a collaborative treatment plan directly benefits her patients and is an added value to her provision of care. I would recommend her patients getting second opinions and seeking out specialized treatment as you wont get it from Dr. Bruce.

Dr Bruce has cared for many of my family members through illness and deaths. She is a wonderful doctor and a truly caring person. She doesn't pretend to know everything but will send you to someone who can solve your problem. We all love her.

Doctor Bruce is the best doctor I've ever had. She treats you just like family and takes the time to find out what is wrong, rather than just giving you a prescription and kicking you out. I love how she is not shy as well. She's awesome.

Dr Bruce delivered my first daughter and I loved her so much she felt like a mother to me. Im moving back to Ingersoll and I hope she takes me back..
