The staff at the IF Health Team is great, the doctor on the other hand, awful... He diagnosed me without looking at me or sending me for xtrays!!! He said that I will suffer for the rest of my life... I am a heart patient, and he didn't take my blood pressure... My last blood work that was taken, I was missing Potassium and Vitamin D, he didn't request more blood work to make sure that everything was settled... People in London are lucky!

Terrible doctor. He does not listen to you at all and ignores all your symptoms and pains. He completely avoids sending you for any x-rays or ultrasounds and makes you feel that you have no right to challenge him because "he is the doctor" and all your symptoms are in "your head". I had to visit a walk-in clinic where I was sent immediately for x-rays, blood work and ultrasounds to find out that I needed immediate surgery which, they were also able to refer me to right away (in two visits!). I will never, EVER! return to see Dr. Boettcher and will advise you to do the same if you value your life! He told me that Dr.'s do not do x-rays any more. lmao
