I was a patient for many years and he was great until the last while. I requested many times for him to check my prostate and he claims he did. He would say that if something is wrong they will call otherwise all is good. However I had a feeling something was wrong and when I had opportunity to get a new Dr. I did. On the first visit my new Dr. discovered I had prostate cancer and it had already spread to a lymph node. I am undergoing 40 radiation treatments in Hamilton at the present time. A specialist in this area told me it would take more than 2 years to get as bad as my problem had become. I feel that either the office or the Dr. lost concern for me! My warning to men is to be sure you are being checked and insist on visual results from the office! If I had not changed Drs. when I did I would be terminal by now! BEWARE

Staff are horendous, mainly the front girl! Forget time schedules also...usually get in hours after appt time! The Dr once you get in is great!

i was sick for a very long time and after getting mark miller as my doctor he ran many tests until he found out what the problem was.Dr.Miller is an excellent Dr.He found out what was wrong when nobody else could.

Way too many patients and extremely understaffed! Very difficult to get through on the phone. Sitting in the waiting room you find out that 5 other people have the same appointment time as you do. Easily wait 1 to 2 hours to see him. Just cut another staff member now down to only 2 and that includes the receptionist who doubles as a nurse. Very frustrating!!!! He is however, a very caring doctor who takes the time with you once he's in the room with you. Don't find that much anymore. Hard to give that up but seriously considering looking for a new dr because of the wait times.

Dr Miller is dedicated to his profession. Despite of the doctors fee cuts, he spends as much time as needed for each patient and provides the best care to Maple Lodge residents.

Dr. Miller is the most caring, thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate Dr. I have ever had the pleasure to treat myself and my husband. We are going to miss you and your staff. Take care.

He runs late because hes a great doctor, giving each patient the time they need instead of allotting just 10 minutes. I don`t mind waiting, I`m thankful to have a doctor like him.

Mark was my and my family dr for a number of years. Even if he runs late you know your going to get the same special treatment as any patient prior, no rushing and listened to.

The wait time is horrible, I have sat there for hours before getting in to see the Doctor. He always over books the appoinments and that makes you feel like a number, not a patient. I have had to leave and book the appt again because he came in late and was way behind.
